Diving into Ad Campaigns and the data that is generated by HubSpot in regards to Deals & ROI.
If a customers first contact is on 3/1/2023 and the “contact” is created in HubSpot and today 5/9/2024 they request FIRST quote and end up signing off on the quote creating a won deal… HubSpot attaches the revenue from that deal to 3/1/2023 and not 5/9/2024.
Making it extremely difficult to track actual real time ad campaign revenue.
The HubSpot Ad dashboard should be synced with deal creation date rather than when the customer was first created…
Thoughts??

Hey @TrevorK15 thank you for posting in our Community!

Currently, HubSpot attributes revenue to deals based on the first contact date rather than the deal creation date. One potential solution could be to adjust your tracking and reporting processes to account for this discrepancy.

To our top experts, \*\*[@HubSpot\_Corey](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/580930) and @franksteiner79 \*\*any recommendations for @TrevorK15 matter?

Thank you,

Pam

Hi @TrevorK15 and thanks for the tag @PamCotton,

Apologies for the late reply, I’ve been out with a head cold.

Do you mind just letting me know which specific report you are currently using and any filters you currently have applied as well as what HubSpot subscription level you currently use? This information can help determine the most suitable solutions or alternative reports for your needs.

Thanks!
