How can I view full figures and hide insight cards in HubSpot?

  • View the full figures instead of the “K” format in all views
  • Be able to hide those insight cards that don’t add value. You added them, and there’s no way to remove them.

Hi @LLopezHerrera and thanks for sharing your valuable feedback on the HubSpot Community!

At the moment, a few controls are available:

  • In CRM views, you can click Hide metrics or Metrics to hide the summary card for your own view.

  • On custom views, the view owner or a Super Admin can open the Metrics settings and remove individual metrics.

  • For deal views, a Super Admin can turn off Show Deal Metrics account-wide under Settings > Objects > Deals > Index Customization.

You can find the current options in Review data metrics on deal views.

The request to display full values consistently across views, along with the ability to remove insight cards that aren’t useful, is valuable product feedback.

For new feature suggestions, I’d recommend first to search and check if this idea is already present on our Ideas Forum here. If you find a similar idea, give it an upvote and share your unique use case in the comments.

If the idea doesn’t exist already, please consider posting and creating a new Idea on our Ideas Forum here.

When you’ll create the idea, it would help to include the object, view type, and a screenshot showing where the abbreviated values or unwanted cards appear.

Now, I’d love to hear from our Top Experts: Hi @danmoyle, @Alex_Boissonneault and @Lnorden2 do you have additional insights to share with @LLopezHerrera, please?

Thanks so much and enjoy the weekend!

I agree, the “K” format isn’t always useful when you need to see the exact numbers, especially when comparing smaller changes between periods.

Having an option to display the full figures instead would make the reports much easier to read. I also think there should be a setting to hide or disable insight cards that aren’t relevant to a particular workflow. Hopefully HubSpot considers adding these customization options.

Hi @LLopezHerrera ! Thanks for the tag @Berangere .

I can confirm we can’t change the Default view Metrics that appear, but we can hide them! That setting still exists, it’s just a bit harder to find now.

From whatever object you want to remove them from, click the new gear icon, which will open a window to the right, and from there click Hide Metrics.

If you want to change these Metrics, you should be able to do that with a cloned/custom view.

In your custom view, ensure the Metrics option is visible using the steps above, then click the Gear icon in the Metrics window to adjust which Metrics show on this Custom view.

Adjusting those should help tailor your views to suit your needs a bit better, hopefully that helps!

Thank you,

Hola @LLopezHerrera, thanks for looping me here @Berangere!

@Berangere, You already covered the official controls, so just two practical things to add from the field:

On the cards you can’t remove: that limitation mostly bites on default views, which nobody owns. The workaround is to clone the view, save it as your own custom view, and suddenly you control the metrics: hover a card > edit icon > swap the property, or hit the X to remove it entirely (up to six of your choosing). Same data, but now the cards are yours. Team-shared views work the same way if you’re the owner or a Super Admin.

On the “K” formatting: As much as i know, there’s no setting for it today. If anybody knows or tried anything please speak loud here. I believe it’s full stop, the abbreviation is hard-coded into the summary cards. Hovering over a card gives you the exact figure in the tooltip, which is the fastest check, but I know that’s not the same as seeing full numbers at a glance. That one needs the Ideas forum, and as Bérangère said, a screenshot plus the object/view type makes it land much better. I’d actually post both asks as one idea (“let me control what the insight cards show and how”), related requests bundled with clear use cases tend to get traction faster than two thin ones.
