We are reviewing team members’ activities and noticed that HubSpot does not count comments under notes and tasks as logged activity. This makes it challenging to accurately track the team’s actions, as follow-up comments on notes and tasks are not being considered.
Additionally, we are tracking tickets with no activity in the last 7 days, but the report is inaccurate because comments are not being counted. Team members often update tickets by adding comments to relevant notes or tasks, but since these aren’t tracked, the report does not reflect the actual activity.
