# Activity Report (KPI)

When I pull the email activity for my team, the Company associated with the email contact is not reporting 100%. It looks to be sporadic as some Company Associations generate and some do not. How do i pull this information 100% of the time?

@DBrown4 can you share a screenshot of what’s not working? I’m wondering if it’s because some emails are only associated to the Contact and not the Company?

I have confirmed the contact is linked to the Company. The lack of association on the report happens with some records but not others.

@DBrown4 the contact is - but is the email getting associated to both records? It’s automatically associated to the contact, and should be auto-associated to their company, but if a sales person emailing unchecks “log and track email” and rechecks only to the contact, it won’t be associated.

So if you’re reporting on contacts, you’re good. But if you’re reporting on company activity, there will be a discrepancy.
