# Activity not validated

I am taking the certification course called: “Hubspot Marketing Software” and one of the exercises is “Create an email in HubSpot.”

I have done this activity 3 times and there is always feedback that I was not approved – however, I completed exactly what is requested in the activity. Could there be some problem with the validation?
