We’re working on an app that will be updating statuses on tickets and deals (as well as adding notes and other info). In the activity feed, it says things like
Ticket moved from New to Waiting on contact by Integration.
We would love for it to say
Ticket moved from New to Waiting on contact by Textline.
Is it possible to change that “by Integration” line?

At this time I do not believe that it is possible to change that value. You could potentially create a custom property that changes when something is moved by that integration and change what’s visible to the rep. That’s the only workaround that I could think of at this time.

Thanks for that. Is there a place to suggest updates/give feedback? It would be nice for apps listed in the marketplace to have this bit customizable for branding (and clarity for the customers.)
