I don’t know if it’s ever been like this but the default activity association patterns need to change.
Currently is has “1 or 5 recently associated deals/tickets” as the only option besides log to all.
Why can’t it simply be log to all open tickets? As a result of this our data model is severely lacking. reps are constantly complaining about activities not showing on the deal they need it to etc.
If activities logged to all open ticket and deal records it would be much cleaner, more intuitive, and more useful from an administrative standpoint.
This is a MAJOR growing pain as we scale companies have lots of tickets and deals associated as we doubled in size.
