Action needed: Remove primary HubSpot (system) domains by Feb 8, 2023

I requested a trial around two weeks ago. I recently received the following email from HubSpot, requiring an action from me as I am the Super Admin of the account.

The question is, what does my domain and email has anything to do with HubSpot when I have them hosted with other providers and use HubSpot purely to as a CRM?

Should I take any action or be concerned regarding the email?

“Your HubSpot plan has changed and doesn’t allow primary Email HubSpot (system) domains, so you’ll need to head to Domains & URLs within 89 days to remove them. Or, if you do nothing, on Feb 8, 2023 we’ll automatically remove them.

Hello @NDiNardo9, thank you for posting in our Community!

I want to share this knowledge base with details on understanding domain subscription limits.

Have you connected your email domain to HubSpot while using this trial? If so, CMS Hub Free has included: One brand domain. Website pages, landing pages, and blogs but not email domains.

You are able to see if there is an email domain connected by going to :

Select Website > Domains & URLs in the left sidebar menu, check for email domain, click edit, and disconnect.

I hope this information helps.

Hello! I’ve had the same email but when I go to Domains & URLs I get this screen. Do I need to do anything?
