I am a startup organization and building out my infrastructure in preparation for company launch. The website is in development and will use a 3rd party system. I submitted a request to get access to forms as I’d like to integrate HS forms into my website. The request was rejected and I don’t know how to move forward. Can anyone help?

In the free tools, there’s unfortunately nothing you can do to get access to forms after an appeal has been rejected. You can still use the other tools but forms will remain blocked, see also this thread: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Account-Settings/Account-verification/m-p/798895/highlight/true#M30704

Wow. That seems really short sided for HubSpot. I get the initial rejection but for it to be lifelong seems crazy. Makes me reevaluate if HubSpot is the right platform for my CRM needs. Guess I’ll have to start looking at Zoho.
