Account Restriction Notice - Phishing Email

I am pretty sure this is a phishing email. I tried sending it to support@hubspot.com, but I received an error message back. The reply-to-email and, at the bottom, the URL if I were to click, looks suspicious. Can anyone confirm?

With that from-address, it’s definitely spam. Well-designed, but spam.
