# Account not found

Hi,

I signed up to Hubspot yesterday (13th of June 2024) and set up my free account with templates, imported customers and started some support requests through HubSpot.

When I tried to login today, I can’t see my account from the HubSpot Account selection page and it’s just asking me to create a new accout.

Please advise, the HubSpot ID is 144865091.

I didn’t receive any emails regarding suspension or account being blocked.

If you have created your account on 13th June then it should not be deleted automatically becuase there is a window of 120 days after that your account is deletd if there is no activity on the account: [Recover your inactive HubSpot account](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/recover-your-inactive-hubspot-account#:~:text=If%20you%20try%20to%20log,using%20the%20HubSpot%20Sales%20extension).

I sugesst try reaching to HubSpot support they can better assit you in this issue.

Hi @JKhan90 if you haven’t been able to access your account, my suggestion would be to [try this link specific to your HubSpot ID](https://app.hubspot.com/user-guide/144865091) and check whether you are able to login.
