[@KYA\_CAR](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/996121) this is a user-to-user community, I can’t investigate this further – I’d recommend resubmitting the form and double checking all of the information you put in. If you enter your portal ID correctly, I would hope they’re able to retrieve it.
