Hi, I’m trying to figure out a HubSpot billing issue. My current account is **Hub ID 246544670** , and in **Account & Billing** it shows **Free Tools only** with no active paid subscription. However, I’ve been charged about **$10/month** on a card ending in **2392**.

I identified **Hub ID 244561186** as the account I believe I was paying for, and I already deleted that account. Can you confirm whether **244561186** still had any active subscription or auto-renewal at the time it was deleted, and whether any future charges are still scheduled? If the charge is actually tied to a different HubSpot account under my email, please help me identify which Hub ID is billing card **2392**.

Hi @anddygt Thanks for posting 🙂 Looking on the backend I don’t see a Hub with the ID **244561186**. Can you double check this is the correct HubID? Do you have an email associated with that account?
