I have a free account and have assigned projects to various people. I am trying to view a gantt chart to view their scheduled times but I only have the option for table view and board view. I keep being told by the online people I should have access to this but they aren’t very helpful in helping me figure out why it’s not showing up. Anyone have this issue or find a way to resolve this?

I can confirm that in the free CRM, with the new UI, this is currently not available:
