Hi,
We have a developer account and created a testing account. The trials for it are renewed, and in Account & Billing, it reports we have an active trial to Sales Hub Enterprise.
However, I do not have access to the Deals feature in Prospecting (among others). When trying to access it, we get a link to the pricing page, as if we had a free account instead of an enterprise.
Is this expected?

Looking further into your query - it sounds like you’re seeing that the prospecting workspace feature is locked on your “testing account”, is that correct?
If so, the prospecting workspace feature requires an assigned Sales Hub paid seat which would explain observed behavior as your testing account should have users that do not have paid seats in the account.
This would mean that if you’d like to gain access to the prospecting workspace tool - you’d need an actual Sales Hub Pro/Enterprise subscription and be on a user’s account that has a paid seat.
