# Access to email support - correct

Have a Starter option and need to log a ticket. Cannot find email or chat option in my dashboard.  
p.s  
Correct highlighted errors and try again - the message is just not I want to see now!

Hi @OofEnglish,

A Starter subscription does not give you access to chat, email only. You should find it here:

Type any question:

**Hit enter and wait for interface to update**

Click Contact us, here you should see the option to send an email

As far I can tell it gives a starter subscriber support via chat, email,  
community
