@WHassan6 please have them share a screenshot of your permissions with you so that you can post it in this thread – I can confirm if it’s correct.
In more than a decade of using HubSpot, I have not encountered a situation where permissions were correctly assigned but the user didn’t have access according to those permissions.
Specifically, this permission needs to be assigned:
This required a core seat – which your admin might have to assign to you.
@WebGuruz_Tech there are no permissions called “Sales email” or “Calling” in HubSpot.
