I am a new hire and have been given access to contatcs by our super admin. However - my contact book is blank when I log in.
Any help would be appreciated.
(I have ensured that I have my contacts ticked under ‘Contact Owner’.

Could you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing? Have you made sure you’re not looking at a filtered view? (Check the tabs at the top.)
As a general rule, you should always be able to see all records that you own. If you don’t, there is likely a filter applied somewhere.
If you can confirm you’re seeing an unfiltered view, then you would have to reach out to your admin to adjust your permissions: Manage user permissions

@DatGrid it looks like there simply may be no records that are assigned to you. Do you know for sure that someone has assigned records to you? Assign ownership of records
