I am taking the Hubspot Sales Hub Admin course and can’t do the practice tests on Practice Mode. The access is locked, and it says I need to upgrade to professional. Bot says it’s an error. Can I actually do the course AND practice with a practice portal?
Please help, stuck on this for over a week now… And the course was supposed to be only a couple hours.

I might have missed something but as far as I know, there aren’t any practice portals, no. Some certifications, to the latest of my knowledge, require certain subscriptions.
One way to get access to a Professional portal is by doing a 14 day Sales Hub Professional Trial.

Oh, I see… the Bot said I had to use a practice portal and that it must be an issue if I can’t practice. Thanks!
