The user’s time zone is sometimes blank or incorrect. Having the ability to update this either manually, through the REST API, or through a bulk upload mechanism would be very useful to ensure we are engaging with our customers during their actual business hours.

I completely agree. When sending emails to over 600 contacts - only a small handful of them are actually getting the emails at their appropriate time because time zones have not accurately been captured. Kind of defets the purpose of the time zone email send.

Agree; for some of our contacts, we have IP data. I’d be willing to upload IP data if that made our emails more effective. The HubSpot time zone send feature really helps!

To add to this idea: For many of our contacts, we also have postal code, state, and country. It would be nice if it were possible to use this information as the next best thing, to send by time zone based on stated location until HubSpot can confirm an IP for the user and deduce location that way.
