When you click on the Sales plug-in a side bar is loaded from where you can ensure your email is going to the correct deal/ company / contact. This sidebar takes a long time to load and results in many emails not being tagged. The previous feature of the outlook app completely solved this - you could tag deals etc from a drop down menu which appeared at the top of the screen when you clicked the plug-in. This was quicker and much more helpful. Can this be added to the web version as an alternate to the side bar?
