# Ability to sort activity by created date

When looking at tickets the Activity section is the best area to see all the details in one page be it notes, tasks, calls etc. However, the activity tab is not sorted based on created date but on the last updated date. This means that if a user edits something it goes to the top and the sequence of events is disrupted.

Hence We would the ability to sort based on the created date as well rather than the last updated date please.
