Ability to set user permissions based on custom properties

Hi,

I think it would be very valuable to allow more flexbility in how user permissions are set.

For example, I would like to be able to set that a User can only view certain Companies based on what data is set on a Custom Property.

In my instance I would like to restrict the User A can only see Companies where my custom propert for Account Manager is set to User A
