When sending a marketing email, we can choose and customize what the “from” address and name is. When doing sales emails (via sequence steps), the from is always “me”.
In many (or most of the) cases, one user sets up the flows, and that same user who manages HubSpot Sales processes will want to send email on behalf of the company’s CEO or CPO. It’s currently not possible to do and I can consider that as a huge blocker.
