There is another way to achieve this, sadly only with Marketing Hub Professional or higher.
You can create a standard contact workflow, with Form Submission in the past 1 day as the Trigger
→ set the action: “Send internal marketing email”
→ then send to any email address you want.
I’ve tested this with external emails, works!
