Currently you can only select one page at a time when sharing a document via HS. There needs to be a scroll ability otherwise it is really cumbersome to share with prospects and they don’t get further than page 1. It is not a friendly UX unfortunately.

Adding to this right here. You should absolutely enable scrolling, as most of the recipients don’t go past the first page as they can’t scroll.

Yes please this would be great. We need scrolling in sales documents to compete.

Scrolling is the most intuitive for users, and should be implemented. Many people are saying that they thought our documents were only one page because they couldn’t scroll.

Please make this happen, I don’t understand why it isn’t a given to be able to scroll through documents!

Assuming there hasn’t been any progress on this?

I have run into the same issue. We live in a "mobile first " world. The way hubspot docs are presented, with the thumbmails to move forward. may have been ok on a desktopa couple of years ago. And I get it that probably a scrolling action is harder (if at all) to track than the thumbnail click action. But in sales, we need to make it as easy as possible for our prospects. I am using a workaround for now, recommended by the hubspot support team.

Instead of as hubspot document, I send the flyers as hubspot files. This way I have a scrollable standard pdf and still get the opens tracked by hubspot. I lose the detailed analytics (how much time the prospects spend on which page) but this is the compromise I have to make, because user friendliness seems more important to me.

I really wish the devoloping team would prioritize this.
