We have a chatflow that we use on our website Monday-Friday, and we have a chatflow for the weekend, Saturday-Sunday.

It would be so convenient for us to be able to schedule these chatflows.

For example, we could automatically set our weekday chatflow to run beginning Monday at 8 a.m. and it would automatically turn off on Friday at 10 p.m., then have the weekend chatflow automatically turn on Friday at 10:01 p.m. This would help so that we wouldn’t have to manually turn off at late hours.

Thank you for your consideration!

AGREE! I would like to set business hours for one set of chatflows and then a different set of chatflows for evenings and weekends. Being able to schedule by day and hours would be great.

Great idea! We use the chatflows to display promotions. It would be nice to schedule those to turn on/off.

Currently we are manually toggling the chat flows on weekends and weekdays, time based activation of the chat flows will be a great relief
Cheers

Scheduling would also allow better control over messaging within the bots as you could avoid routing to chat if it is after hours.

Any updates on this? I’m shocked this isan’t already a feature. But can’t seem to find how to do it. Is this still not a function? Crazy if not.

Agreed! This feature would be VERY helpful not only for website chat, but for facebook chats as well
