# Ability to open a chat bot using hyperlink

The chatbot on our Support page is not visible if a website visitor has declined cookies.  
We would like to be able to re-open/open this chat from a hyperlinked ‘Chat with us’ piece of text on the webpage.  
Can anyone advise how we might do this?
