Right now, if you edit a workflow and add a new step between actions and the contacts have already moved to an action, you essentially have to move actions around while hoping not to break any chains to further actions. It would be great if we could just select contacts in an action and move them to a new one. I’ve been able to do this in other email management programs. Saves time and allows for more flexibility in workflows.
This would be a very helpful feature to utilize!
