Ability to Manually Enroll a Specific Contact into a Workflow (Like Sequences)

Currently in HubSpot, users can manually enroll a contact into a sequence directly from the contact record, but this same functionality is not available for workflows. At the moment, enrolling a contact in a workflow requires creating or adjusting enrollment triggers or filters within the workflow itself.

This makes it more complex and time-consuming to include a single contact — especially when you only want to run the workflow for one person without changing the criteria.

Feature Request:
Add the ability to manually enroll a specific contact into a workflow from their contact record (or from the Contacts view), similar to how users can manually start a sequence.

Why This Matters:

  • Saves time by removing the need to edit workflow enrollment filters.
  • Reduces the risk of accidentally enrolling unintended contacts.
  • Provides more flexibility for one-off workflow use cases (e.g., testing, exceptions, manual actions).

Example Use Case:
A team wants to trigger a custom internal notification workflow for one contact. Instead of updating workflow filters to temporarily include that contact, they could simply click “Enroll in Workflow” from the contact record.

@JSaylor2 you can enroll individual records to a workflow from the contact records page. They just released this functionality. Read more here: Enroll records in workflows using CRM cards
