I frequently have clients who want to limit lead routing to specific buying countries, excluding routing from non-buying countries.
Because HubSpot doesn’t allow you to have a dynamic list of properties, we can’t create a dynamic list of all buying countries, only all buyers from buying countries.
So, we end up having to manage lists like this:
In the case of one client, we have 4 country fields we have to do this in. And when we add the country code names in alphabetical order, as soon as we close the group, HubSpot jumbles them in no order. So we can’t easily copy in order the next grouping of buying countries.
Then we have to maintain those lists as they change and check on them.
So many implications where a dynamic list of particular buyer data could be managed better by dynamically updating as that data changes over time rather than manually populated and creating room for human error. While we can get all this data easily from the companies, we have no way to manage it dynamically in HubSpot based on how it’s built.
