At the moment, I have product specialists in five different areas. So, we have 5 seperate links that feed into separate pipelines.
Ideally, i would like to have one form to fill out that will need into the different ticket pipeline depending on what product is selected in a certain field.
As the team grows, the amount of forms to keep track of is becoming difficult. This would be a major time saver!
