Ability to have a fraction in the quantity amount in an Invoice

Role and Team: This applies to sales, operations, delivery, and finance.

Goal: Being able to invoice our customers correctly if we have a timesheet for the provided services for 6 hours and 30 minutes, we need to be able to invoice for 6.5 units (6 hours and 30 minutes).

This is super weird, that we can send offers with fractional amounts, but not invoices.
