I need a quick way of exporting the list of users in HubSpot so I can regularly check with HR that all of these people are still working here. At the moment I have to copy and paste each line.
@GDover Have you tried exporting your user login history?
- This is mandatory in many corporate environments since you have to audit if the users/permissions are up-to-date regularly.
- This is a very simple development.
For those 2 reasons I would suggest that hubspot team picks this up with priority even when it only has my meager vote.
@johnelmerfor audit purposes you have to check all existing accounts, not just those people who actually logged in. That makes the export that you propose inadequate for the job, I think.
@PSMS @GDover I believe that the Export Login history includes all user accounts, not just those who have logged in. This makes it useful for reassigning paid seats and tracking user adoption. This can be verified by submitting a ticket to Support in your portal and asking them to confirm.
@johnelmerit says “logged in in the last 90 days”, so I am nearly certain that the list will not be complete.

Hi @mgeorgieva, I cannot speak for @GDover, but from my point of view this is purely about verifying if all current users should still have access and verifying this with their departments.
For this any history is not required.
Hi @mgeorgieva, this request came from when I was looking at the list of HubSpot users and trying to work out who should be removed (regardless of age or activity) I wanted to export the list of all users to be able to send to HR to verify who had left and should then be removed.
The ability to export users along with roles/permissions (specifically Export Permissions) should surely be a priority for the type of user base HubSpot are attracting.
I’ve now seen multiple threads on this topic, and realistically it should be a relatively straight-forward request. A user object + attributes report cannot take too long to develop.
How do we get this moving?

Hi, yes, I also would need a fully automated report that a) shows which users have what kind of access to Hubspot (full access report) and b) a report which shows what kind of changes of user access have been made by whom and when (at best as pdf so it cannot be modified/falsified)? This is a compliance request from our mother company (Sarbanes Oxley Act). Thanks!
A quick note on this - you can use a Chrome extension such as Table Capture:
Makes it easy to export out the entire table into Google Sheets, Excel etc.

A smart intern built us a custom script, but it messes up German special characters in Names (“ä”,“ü”,“ö”,“ß”) and the email addresses of hubspot partners contain “Provider Employee” in the email field, so some manual cleanup is necessary afterwards.
But still lightyears better than exporting this by copy and paste, I agree 
Good idea Craig (Table Capture), though should we as enterprise customers really need to employ workarounds to export these lists I guess was the starting point for this thread.
Looking forward to some comprehensive functonality (Audit Logs - Export etc) native to the application.
