I wanted to suggest an enhancement to the HubSpot platform that would greatly benefit users managing subscription objects properties Currently, there is no built-in functionality to edit subscription properties , aside from name and owner, via workflows.
It would be great to have the option to edit subscription properties via workflows!

Can you elaborate a bit what exactly you mean with “subscriptions object properties”? You can manage subscriptions via workflows so just trying to understand what you are referring to

@franksteiner79 Daniel has been working with me on this issue. Yes, you can edit subscriptions in workflows but currently, the editable items are only ‘Subscription Name’ an ‘Owner’. We run a product that has 3 tiers based on # of users (under 50, 51-250, over 250) currently, there is no way to edit line items on an active subscription or modify the subscription chargeable items based on entry criteria.
For example, If a customer of ours signs up to the cheapest (under 50 users) package, and grows their user base to thee middle tier (51-250 users) package, there is no way to automate changing the chargeable line item on the subscription.
Agreed. I am trying out subscriptions and the options to edit are really limited
Agreed this would be nice! It’s really weird to have a feature like this that is un-automatable for simple stuff like changes.
