Currently the ‘View in Hubspot’ link in the Form email submission receipts route to the Contact page of the ticket/form submitter. Ideally, this would route to the ticket itself. I was told there is no way to edit this link today. Ideally, this would be editable to route to the ticket or another desired location within Hubspot. Thanks!
Also, the alternative option would be to add the ability to add and process a new payment from the Deal so only the payment portion has to be collected
