Many of these fields aren’t relevant and it’s distracting for the sales reps
This is the point of customisation… If fields are not relevant to your sales reps, then customise your form so the fields that confuse them, are not included. Please allow us to custimise this form 
We Need This ASAP. Can Hubspot at least confirm the development team is even working on it?
Yes please! I want to customize and make some required fields. It makes a mess with Quickbooks if we don’t select SKU for example.
Especially when you connect an integration that adds line item fields (Shopify) this form becomes unwieldly for our sales reps when they are trying to customize values. Moreover, there are some fields I DON’T want them to be able to modify!
This is really a must-have.
Come on HubSpot. We need this!

Agree! It would be really good if we could edit the create line item form.
We really need this ability as well! We do everything using custom line items on deals instead of a predefined product line item. At one point I had some more flexibility on the fields in the form but now it is even more limited.
Shocked that this hasn’t been resolved yet. Please, please add the ability to customize this form!
I can make these edits on the product form, why not on the line item form?
+1 from our side — we’re an agency managing multiple HubSpot portals for B2B clients, and several of them have asked for the ability to customize the line item creation form.
This is much needed!! Would make things significantly easier for our team. The current form has fields out of order, fields that aren’t relevant to us, and no way to make fields required. Surprised that more customization isn’t already a function here.
Most of HubSpot is amazing. But then there are tools like this: illogical and painful to use. Which they would slow down on new features and spend time fixing what’s there.
Our agency needs this as well. Currently, the order of our custom properties does not make sense in the form when creating our custom line items. leading to confusion and inaccurate data inputs.
