Raising this for a customer here.
It’s great we are able to switch between portals if they share the same user email address. However, are we able to allow easy switch between users (email addresses) within 1 HubSpot portal as well?
This is specially for startups where sales outreach emails need to be sent out from different user accounts, but having to re-login each time is cumbersome.

The dropdown menu doesn’t open based on your documentation below. The menu button simply doesn’t work to show the dropdown menu to switch accounts.
Even in incognito window or clearing cache - this is a problem with your web app.
I would advise your development team as soon as possible.
Please add the option to google between different HubSpot accounts that use different email addresses.
