Similar to how HubSpot communicates outages and feature releases, it would be highly valuable to surface internal call to actions and messaging directly within the portal for users, issued by super admins.
This could include announcements for new processes, feature updates, UI changes, and other important guidance to help users navigate onboarding, process transitions, or simply understand when items have moved.
Currently, we rely on internal Teams channels and user email groups to share these updates; however, these communications are often overlooked. Delivering this information within the portal itself would significantly increase visibility and user engagement.
While there are third-party browser extensions that attempt to address this need, having this functionality built directly into HubSpot would be a major improvement and a true game changer.
