# Ability to delete a task while in a queue

Am I the only one who will be going through my task queue and delete a task that is no longer applicable? Seems silly that I can’t delete a task while executing the task queue. Would love to have this cimple ability!

PLEASE let this come to fruition. Some tasks need to be removed based on certain parameters being met.

This needs to be added next to reschedule, skip, and complete. the only workaround is to skip it and come back and delete it which takes time and is not efficient.

So annoying that this is a thing. Even first-line support didn’t know this was how it worked. Maybe typing “task can’t be deleted” might help people find this and realise its a feature.
