# Ability to customize subscription notification emails

Currently, HubSpot subscription notification system emails are not able to be customized. We can’t even review what the template looks like for these emails, like we can with other system notification emails. It would be great if we had the ability to customize these emails.

Agree - to be able to preview the notifications (not get sent to a knowledge base) but also to be able to edit the template is a requirement to make this a successful payment method.

The See an example link just goes to a knowledge base…
