We NEED the ability to choose what 5 email templates are available for free users.
We onboarded with HubSpot in 2021. We have a temp that started yesterday. They need to be able to send emails using ONE email template. That’s the ONE thing they need to do in HubSpot.
Apparently a free user can only use the first five templates that were created in our account back in 2021, and that there is no way to change what templates they can use without deleting every template and recreating them in a new order.
Unless I or someone else with a paid seat carves out the time to delete 1,193 templates and recreate them manually, we would need to pay more than $1k a year for a Sales seat for him to use the template we created. This is for a temp, someone that will be working with us for maybe 3, 4 months.
This is either a cash-grab or an insane limitation of the system that product/development needs to fix.
