Ability to change the output of a dashboard report graph from Landscape to Portriat

I have a report in a Dashboard which i have formatted in Portrait, this allows the report to display all 41 values on the Y-Axis. However, when I set up the dashboard to email, and include this report, the email arrives in my inbox with the view of this report (horizontal bar chart, or is it vertical, i can never remember), is in Landscape mode, and crammed into the top half of the page. In so doing, only every other Y-Axis labels are displayed. This is a terrible solution to a workaround I am already doing to send a dashboard to someone outside our organization. Surely, I can’t be the first to encounter this issue.

Hello @golfpromal, thank you for posting in our Community!

I want to invite our top experts to this conversation @danmoyle @johnelmer any recommendations for the @golfpromal matter?

Thank you,

Pam

@golfpromal have you tried emailing the report only? You can set up recurring emails at the single report level. I wonder if it would act the same as when it’s crammed in a dashboard?

Also, have you emailed it to yourself as an attached PDF to see if the same behavior persists?

I don’t know of a way to change the design of HubSpot emails like dashboards unfortunately. But I’d start with those two thoguhts above.

Thank you for the suggestion. The behavior is the same when emailing the report. There is no option to send as a pdf, it just sends an image in a landscape mode.

@golfpromal if you go to the dashboard “share” item and “email dashboard,” in the window toward the bottom you should see “attach downloadable file” and be able to choose a PDF. It should look like this:

I hope that helps!
