In workflows when creating a note or other body of character activities, it would be helpful to have an option to write in “@” before the token for a user and this would create a @mention.
For example, I have an workflow that creates a note on a record contact to alert existing owner that additional owners have been added. I would like to place a @mention before the “Contact Owner” token to move this to their notifications inbox.
