Currently, there are no customisability when it comes to the Templates dashboard where we see all the templates that we’ve created within HubSpot.
It would be great if we can add columns to the dashboard within the Template tool to display metrics such as open or response rates for the templates.
When using templates we need to be able to see metrics in that view without having to go separately to the analytics section and then back to templates. To use template performance data we have to go to the anaylitics section and write down which ones are perfomrning well, then go back and select the templates to use from the template folders.
