I know this is an old thread but I’ve an issue with Hubspot’s “send internal notification” email. We use a deal notification to alert specific groups and in that notification, we have a SharePoint link (custom field) along with other details. As you may know, SharePoint links are mile long which stretches the email body to full screen width making rest of the information nonreable. Hubspot support suggested me to try an HREF HTML tag but that doesn’t work because it looks like the notification goes out as plain text. Any suggestions from you experts? See the screenshot below. I want the “View Document” to be a clickable hyperlink and “#” is the SharePoint link custom field (token).
