HubSpot does not offer a way for the owner of a deal to add other team members on their behalf to follow the deal email activity. We have executives that want to be informed of the communications on strategic and high value deals without requiring them to individually follow these deals.
We want to request the ability to toggle on under Notifications > Deals - to allow Deal Collaborators to be notified of emails, both reply and sent.
We have not migrated our support team to Hubspot Tickets as this is a required feature and currently exists in our legacy ticketing system. There are escalations or special handling for account where managment needs to be informed on tickets without cc’ing them on the email chain.
