Hi team,
There are numerous instances when we have to revert to customer emails asking for information in a tabular format. Unfortunately, at present the CRM allows only plain text format in emails. Even if i try to copy paste tables from an excel sheet, it doesn’t recognize that and the data ends up in plain text. It’s really frustrating to open outlook every time i have to revert a tabular data.
Kindly provide the feature to atleast copy paste tables into the email body.
