Hello HubSpot team. I really need a way to add a note in batch to either a group of companies or contacts. Use case: I work in an industry that still uses direct mail (USPS), and I want to select multiple companies or contacts at a time, and add a note that says “Sent 2025 spring campaign” so I have a way to track who it was sent to. Similarly, when I meet contacts at an event, I want to add one note to all contacts at once saying “Met at 2025 spring event.” I recently became a HubSpot user and am very surprised that such a basic feature isn’t availble, every other CRM I’ve used has had this capability.
