I think it would be extremely helpful to have a meetings feature where I can designate employee B to take employee A’s place in all meeting links during a set time period (like when out of office).
It’s a massive pain having to swap one rep out for another when someone takes time off. It’s also not ideal because people can book on employee B’s (the backup plan) calendar beyond employee A’s time off which results in employee B having to hand off the meeting back to A. I understand that could adjust the meeting links to only let users book until a certain date such as end of employee A’s ooo but that is not wise or practical.
When you have a significant number of meeting links, this process takes a lot of time. Just a thought.
